"I would totally recommend Ronnie’s to anyone looking for a new or used bike. I had purchased a bike that was way too big for me from another dealership that only cared about making a sale. I went into Ronnie’s and John was very patient and most helpful and made sure I didn’t purchase more bike than I could handle. Susan and Tim made sure I absolutely understood everything regarding the trade-in process, and when Tony delivered my new bike to my house, he made sure I was comfortable w/ all the controls before he left. "After a nightmare experience at another local dealer, I walked into Ronnies and they took care of me right away, Everyone went out of there way to get me on the perfect bike. Susan in finance worked SUPER HARD to get me on the bike that day, I know she was tired and had a long ride home but she really made my dreams of owning a new bike come true. Diane my sales rep was awsome to working with Tim to get me the deal that would work for me and keeping me in the loop about every step, Tony in the service dept made sure I was good to go before I pulled off that night. "Paul,Tim and Cande were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we got the bike we wanted. Paul and Cande made sure they took care of the financing quickly. We had an approval less then an hour after starting the application. Delivery was quick. We only waited a day to pick it up. If you shop for a cucle and do not stop to Ronnie's first, you could end up with a bad sales experience or paying too much for a motorcycle.Thanks Ronnie's for making the experience STRESS FREE."
